First thing first, unplug the unit from the power source

It is essential to remove the power cord of your water purifier from the socket whenever you’re cleaning. This will prevent any risk of electrocution or the unit shorting out during the cleaning process.  

Avoid using chemicals   

Wipe the outside of the dispenser using a clean, wet cloth. It is better to avoid using chemicals, as they may affect the quality of the water produced by the purifier. Once you're done cleaning the outside, wipe it down with a dry cloth to prevent water from entering the machine.  

Change the RO filter regularly  

RO filters should be replaced every 6 months to a year, depending on the filter type, the water quality, and the amount of water consumed. It is important to change the filters regularly to make sure your Water Purifier continues to work properly. Schedule an annual expert visit
