Situated in the heart of Kampung Gunung Batu Kidul, Desa Bojong Koneng, Kec. Babakan Madang, Kab. Bogor, MODENA, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, is turning the dreams of beneficiary families into reality by providing them with clean and well-equipped kitchen and toilet facilities. 

Kampung Gunung Batu Kidul, nestled in the Bogor region, has been identified as a high-stunting red zone. This stark reality emphasizes the urgent need for concrete actions to improve nutrition and sanitation in the area. Addressing the issues of stunting and malnutrition starts with providing adequate sanitation. Hence, the 'Sanitary Kitchen Renovation' program initiated by MODENA and Habitat for Humanity Indonesia marks a crucial first step in tackling these challenges. 

Ditya Trilaksmi, Head of Corporate Communication & Partnership at MODENA, expressed, "We are honored to collaborate with Habitat for Humanity in transforming the lives of beneficiary families in Kampung Gunung Batu Kidul. Susanto Samsudin, the National Director of Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, shared his perspective, stating, "From the outset, Habitat, in partnership with MODENA, aimed to raise housing standards by creating optimal sanitation facilities. Thus, we prioritize the most essential aspects first, namely kitchens and toilets. Through the renovation of these spaces, our goal is to enhance the basic needs of families, which will undoubtedly have a positive, long-term impact." 

In the 'Sanitary Kitchen Renovation' program, MODENA serves not only as a catalyst for facility development but also combines it with the provision of portable gas stove products tailored to household needs. Through this comprehensive approach, MODENA aims to provide meaningful assistance to beneficiary families. 

Jaenudin, the head of the neighborhood, who represented the recipients during the 'Sanitary Kitchen Renovation' program handover, remarked, "There are no words to express our gratitude to MODENA and Habitat for Humanity. As residents of Kampung Gunung Batu Kidul, having a clean and decent kitchen was a distant dream. But now, thanks to the support provided, that dream has become a reality. We feel valued as part of a larger community. This is a real transformation in our lives, offering new opportunities for a better future."
