MODENA Returns to Food & Hotel Indonesia 2022

Jakarta, Indonesia – MODENA has made its highly-anticipated return to Food & Hotel Indonesia 2022. The event, held from July 26-29, 2022 at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran (JIExpo), serves as the ultimate platform for leading players in the Hospitality and F&B industries to connect with customers and drive business growth.

"With the pandemic behind us and the new normal taking effect, MODENA is back at the 2022 FHI exhibition to contribute to the post-pandemic national economic recovery. "The temperature and roasting time can be adjusted according to the cooking menu. Moreover, with top and bottom burner facilities, this baking oven is highly suitable for pastry chefs, allowing them to select the appropriate baking mode," elaborated Teddy.

MODENA's booth, located at Hall A2 #2118, offers exclusive discounts of up to 60% on product purchases throughout the exhibition. The event will also feature cooking demonstrations by Chef Christo Tjahjanto, a finalist of MasterChef Indonesia Season 6, and Chef Brian Wicaksono, the runner-up of MasterChef Indonesia Season 3. MODENA's booth will be open daily during the exhibition, allowing visitors to experience the expertise of Chef Christo and Chef Brian as they showcase their unique recipes using MODENA Professional products.
