3. Triple Cashback program applies to every MODENA product purchase at:
   • Selected MODENA Authorized Dealers
   • MODENA Experience Centers, MODENA Home Centers, MODENA Official Stores, and Telemarketing
4. Triple Cashback is a discount given to customers when making a transaction at offline stores or online stores of MODENA. This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. Customers can claim cashback and rewards via Ciao! MODENA website.
5. For purchases at Authorized Dealers, Triple Cashback program only applies to customers who make the purchase directly through MODENA Sales Consultant. Cashback and reward claims can be done independently by customers through Ciao! MODENA website or with the help of MODENA Sales Consultant.
6. For customers receiving cashback in the form of e-wallet (GoPay), the phone number must be linked to a Gojek account.
7. By participating in this program, customers agree to provide necessary information to be contacted by MODENA. Data validation will be done by PT MODENA Centro Indonesia.
8. If registration is done by a MODENA Sales Consultant, customers with valid data will receive a notification via WhatsApp once registration is complete.
9. Prizes in the form of products will be shipped using regular delivery to the customer’s address. The color of the prize received may differ from the one shown, depending on availability.
10. By participating in the Triple Cashback program, customers give consent to MODENA, its affiliates, and third parties appointed by MODENA to collect, use, process, and/or disclose their personal data if necessary for the program.
