TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A. INITIAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Participants must be Indonesian citizens (Warga Negara Indonesia - WNI) residing in the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) area.
2. Participants must fully and honestly complete the MODENA Free Water Checking Participation form.
3. Participants must be end-users, not business or trade operators.

B. PROGRAM MECHANISM

1. Participants must complete the form between January 3, 2025 to January 18, 2025.
2. To be eligible to join the program, participants must complete the form in full, follow @modenaindonesia on TikTok and Instagram, and comment "done" with the hashtag #MODENAFreeWaterCheck while tagging three (3) friends.
3. MODENA will select 10 participants for a water quality check at their homes.
4. The second phase involves on-site water testing, scheduled to take place from January 19 to 24, 2025
5. After the water testing is completed, MODENA will select two (2) winners based on qualifications determined by the MODENA jury team. The winners will receive a FREE MODENA RO 8115, including free delivery and installation.
6. MODENA will contact the winner directly to arrange the installation.
7. Following the installation, the two winners must agree to create and upload a video in the Instagram Reels format to their respective personal Instagram accounts. These videos will become the permanent property of MODENA.
8. The video must include an honest review of the changes in water quality, observed before and after using MODENA's water purifier, and the review should be expressed politely, appropriately in a positive manner.
9. For any criticisms or complaints regarding the product, please first contact the MODENA Call Center at 1500175.
10. Winners are responsible for ensuring that their content does not include prohibited elements, such as: - Content that harms or defames MODENA. - Content that violates moral norms, contains insults or defamation, involves extortion or threats, includes elements of ethnicity, religion, and race (Suku, Agama, Ras, dan Antargolongan - SARA), or spreads false information (hoaxes). - Content that uses another party's information illegally. - Content that uses competitor’s products. 11. By participating in this program, participants agree to and are willing to comply with all applicable terms and conditions. 

C. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. Content created must respect and protect MODENA's intellectual property rights, must not be used for commercial purposes, and must be the participant's original work.
2. Participants agree that all intellectual property rights for the content they create will become the property of MODENA. MODENA reserves the right to use the content for any purpose without any obligation to pay royalties or fees to the participants.
3. MODENA is exempt from any third-party claims related to the content created by participants.

D. PRIZE AND WINNER TERMS

1. Two (2) winners will be awarded a black Water Purifier RO 8115 after water testing is conducted to confirm the quality of water in the area.
2. The winners will be determined through a judging process based on the participants' compliance with the program mechanism, following a water quality check to confirm the condition of the water in the area. The judging panel will be appointed by MODENA.
3. The winner will be announced through the official MODENA Indonesia and Rumah Pompa Instagram accounts on January 31, 2025.
4. By participating in this program, participants consent to MODENA, its affiliates, and designated third parties collecting, using, processing, and/or disclosing their personal data in accordance with MODENA's privacy policy. 5. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner during data verification. The prize cannot be returned or exchanged for any other form.
5. The winners are responsible for the tax, while the shipping cost to the customer and the installation of the RO unit will be covered by MODENA.
